Refund Policy

1. In-App Purchases
All purchases of Points (in-game currency) are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play per their refund policy.
2. Points and Virtual Items
Points and virtual items (skins, outfits, accessories) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Spent Points are non-refundable.
3. AI Face Conversion
The AI Face Conversion feature costs 100 Points per use. If the AI processing fails due to a server error, the 100 Points are automatically refunded to your account. If the result is unsatisfactory, we cannot guarantee refunds as the AI service was successfully rendered.
4. VIP Subscription
VIP subscription refunds follow Google Play subscription refund policies. You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Account Suspension
If your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service, remaining Points and purchases are forfeited. No refunds will be issued for suspended accounts.
